RWC International Women's Day project

March 8, 2010, marks the 100th Anniversary of the creation of International Women's Day.  To mark this event, the  RWC is hoping to put together a DVD, presentation of women of all ages, doing all kinds of activities.  There will be voice overs of women who have experienced things in their lives that made a difference - such as the first time they got to vote, or being a women in a non-traditional job ... just to name a couple.  The idea of this short video will be  to recognize women in all aspects of our/their lives.  These DVD's will be shared with all the locals prior to March 8

The Regional Women's Committee (RWC) is looking for YOU!  or pictures of your female friends and family ... All ages welcome, doing all kinds of activities.  The pictures should be digital, but can be hard copies which you have scanned in and provided to us via email.

Please send photos to allend@psac.com. Deadline for photos is Jan 22.

For more information on the project contact Connie Gress, Chair of the RWC.
